Where we work

Working with employers and jobseekers across Greater Manchester

Network2Networth is a Greater Manchester business. Our current focus is temporary healthcare and social care staffing for employers across Greater Manchester.

If you live locally and are looking for work, or you run a local service that needs staff, you can speak to the team directly rather than working through a call centre.

Talk to us

Our registered office is an administrative address, not a walk-in office, so please call or email before visiting.

For candidates

Four steps, explained simply

  1. Tell us about yourself.
  2. Speak with our team.
  3. Complete the checks needed for the role.
  4. Review a suitable opportunity.

Registering does not guarantee work. Which checks you need depends on the role — for example proof that you can work in the UK, references, or a DBS check where the role qualifies for one.

For employers

How a staffing request works

  1. Tell us the role and how many people you need.
  2. Confirm the service, responsibilities and standards.
  3. Agree terms before any staff start.
  4. Review suitable workers who have passed the checks.
  5. Manage bookings, timesheets and feedback with us.

Moving abroad

Moving out of the UK? Let’s talk about work before you go.

If you are leaving the UK and would like to keep working for a UK employer, tell us about your plans. Where a role can be carried out remotely, we can talk through what that would involve with you and, if you are still employed, with your employer.

It is a conversation about what may be possible, not a job offer. We cannot promise work, and we do not provide visa sponsorship, immigration advice, tax advice, accommodation or relocation services. Please do not send passports or visa documents through the website.

Employers: keeping someone who is moving abroad

If a member of your team is relocating and you would like to keep them, talk to us. Where the role suits remote working, we can look at managing the payroll and setting the arrangement up so the working relationship continues.

What is workable depends on the role, the country involved and what each side needs to agree, so we confirm the arrangement and the terms with you before anything starts.

Tell us about yourself

No fees for candidates

We never charge you to find work

Network2Networth does not charge candidates for finding, or trying to find, them work. If an optional extra service is ever offered, it would be voluntary, priced separately and never a condition of finding you work.

Common questions

Useful answers before you start

Do you charge me to find work?

No. Network2Networth does not charge candidates for finding, or trying to find, them work. If we ever offer an optional extra service, it would be voluntary, priced separately in writing, and never a condition of finding you work.

Does registering guarantee me a job?

No. Telling us about yourself helps us understand your experience, what you are looking for and when you are free. Any assignment depends on a suitable role being available, what the employer needs, the checks the role requires, and written confirmation before you start.

What checks will I need?

It depends on the role. Checks can include proof of your identity and that you are allowed to work in the UK, references, qualifications or professional registration, and a DBS check where the role qualifies for one. A DBS check is a criminal record check used in care and other regulated work.

Can I upload my passport or DBS certificate here?

No. The website form is only for telling us about yourself. Please do not send passports, visas, DBS certificates, medical information or bank details through it. If we need to see documents, we will explain the secure way to share them.

Which areas and sectors do you cover?

We work across Greater Manchester and currently focus on temporary healthcare and social care staffing for employers in the region. We will add other sectors only when we can support them properly.

I am moving out of the UK. Can I keep working for a UK employer?

Tell us about your plans and our team will discuss them with you. Where a role can be carried out remotely it may be possible, and for employers who want to keep a member of staff who is relocating we can look at managing the payroll and setting the arrangement up. What is workable depends on the role and the country involved, so nothing is confirmed until the arrangement and terms are agreed. We cannot promise work, and we do not provide visa sponsorship, immigration advice, tax advice, accommodation or relocation services.
