Looking for work?

How working with us works

What happens when you register, what we may ask you for, and what registering does — and does not — mean.

What you can expect from us

  • Clear information and respectful communication
  • The details of a role before you agree to it
  • Only the checks the role actually needs
  • A privacy notice at the point we ask for your information
  • No charge, ever, for finding you work

Four steps, explained simply

  1. Tell us about yourself.
  2. Speak with our team.
  3. Complete the checks needed for the role.
  4. Review a suitable opportunity.

If a role suits you and you are cleared for it, we confirm the details in writing before you start.

What we may ask you for

This depends on the role. Not every check applies to every person or every job, and you never need to send documents through this website.

Who you are, and that you can work here

Your contact details, plus proof that you are allowed to work in the UK. We will explain the secure way to share that when the time comes.

Your experience

Where you have worked, references, and any qualifications or professional registration a role requires.

Checks for the role

A DBS check where the role qualifies for one, plus any training or competency evidence the employer must see. “DBS” is a criminal record check used in care and other regulated work.

Moving out of the UK?

If you are moving abroad and would like to keep a role in the UK, tell us about your plans. Where the work can be done remotely, our team can discuss what would need to be agreed, subject to available roles and your eligibility to do the work. We do not provide visa sponsorship, immigration advice, tax advice, accommodation or relocation services.
