Complaints

Tell us if something is wrong

If you are unhappy with something we have done, we would rather hear about it. You can raise a concern as a candidate, a worker, an employer or a member of the public.

How to raise a concern

What happens next

We will acknowledge your complaint, look into what happened, and tell you the outcome and what we are changing as a result. If your complaint is about a person, we will handle it fairly and confidentially.

If someone is at immediate risk of harm, contact the emergency services on 999. Do not wait for a reply from us.

Our full written complaints procedure — including the timescales we commit to and the escalation route — is being finalised and will be published on this page. Until then, please use the contact routes above and we will keep you informed.

Submit a complaint

Do not use this form in an emergency. If someone is at immediate risk, contact the emergency services or the organisation responsible for their care.
