Accessibility Statement
How accessible this website is, known limitations, and how to tell us about a problem.
Our target
This website is built to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) version 2.2 at level AA. We test against that standard as pages change.
We are not claiming full conformance. Where we know about a limitation, we would rather say so here than leave you to discover it.
What we have built in
- A skip link, landmark regions and a heading structure you can navigate with a screen reader
- Visible focus outlines on every interactive element, and a keyboard route through all navigation and forms
- Labels tied to every form field, with errors reported by the browser and status messages announced politely
- Text and interface contrast checked against the WCAG 2.2 AA thresholds
- Layouts that reflow to a single column without horizontal scrolling, down to 320px wide and at 400% zoom
- Respect for the operating-system “reduce motion” setting
- No time limits, no auto-playing media and no content that flashes
Known limitations
- Some policy pages are publication placeholders while their approved wording is being finalised. They are reachable and readable, but do not yet contain the full document.
- Forms need JavaScript to show an inline confirmation. Without JavaScript they still submit normally and take you to a confirmation page.

If you need information from this website in a different format, ask us and we will discuss what we can provide.
