About this notice

This is an interim notice. It sets out what we actually do today and is published so you can see how your information is handled before you contact us. A fuller notice is being prepared; it will add the detail listed under “Still being confirmed” below and will replace this page when it is approved.

What we collect when you register

The registration form asks only for what we need to hold an informed first conversation with you:

• Your name, email, phone number and the town or postcode area you can work in
• The type of work you are looking for, your sector experience and any relevant qualification or professional registration you choose to summarise
• Your availability, preferred shift types and whether you are looking for temporary or future permanent work
• Your answer to a simple right-to-work question — you are only asked to indicate your position, never to upload documents
• Whether you have a CV ready, and any short message you add
• Whether you ticked the optional marketing box

What we use it for

• Understanding the work you are looking for and whether we may be able to help
• Contacting you about your registration
• Discussing suitable assignments with you before anything is arranged
• Sending optional updates, only if you asked for them

What registering does not mean

Registering your interest is not a job offer and does not guarantee work or an assignment. We do not charge you for finding or trying to find you work.

We will not send your details to a prospective hirer without telling you which role it is for.

Where your information is held

Form submissions are delivered over an encrypted HTTPS connection and stored in the form-management area of our website hosting platform, Netlify. Access is limited to authorised Network2Networth staff accounts.

A copy of each submission is also emailed to the relevant Network2Networth mailbox so the right person can reply.

What you should not send through this website

Our public forms are for an initial conversation only. Please do not use them to send passport or identity documents, DBS certificates, medical information, bank details, or information about another person.

Where documents or checks are needed later, we will explain the appropriate secure route at the time.

Checks that may come later

If a specific role is discussed, checks appropriate to that role may be needed — for example identity and right-to-work evidence, references, proof of qualifications or professional registration, and a DBS check where the role is eligible and the correct level is required.

None of that happens through this website. We will explain what is needed, why, and the secure route for providing it, before you are asked for anything.

Your rights

You can ask us to do any of the following, free of charge:

• Confirm what personal information we hold about you and give you a copy of it
• Correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete
• Delete information where we no longer have a reason to keep it
• Restrict or object to how we use your information
• Provide your information in a portable format where that right applies
• Withdraw any consent you have given, such as marketing consent

Complaints about data protection

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, contact us first at Enquiry@network2networth.co.uk so we can put it right.

You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office, the UK data-protection regulator, at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113. Complaining to us first does not affect your right to complain to the ICO.

Still being confirmed

The following details are not yet finalised. They will be added to this notice once confirmed.

• The published retention schedule for candidate registration records
• The confirmed lawful basis recorded against each purpose, including how special-category and criminal-offence information would be handled
• The approved process and notice covering documents and checks provided outside this website
• Confirmation of whether any supplier processes information outside the UK, and the safeguards used
