About this notice

This is an interim notice. It sets out what we actually do today and is published so you can see how your information is handled before you contact us. A fuller notice is being prepared; it will add the detail listed under “Still being confirmed” below and will replace this page when it is approved.

What we collect through this website

We only collect what you choose to type into a form. Nothing is gathered in the background.

• General enquiry form: your name, organisation (optional), email, phone (optional), enquiry type and message
• Client and partner enquiry form: organisation name, your name, email, phone, and the details of your enquiry
• Complaints form: your name, your relationship to Network2Networth, email, phone (optional), the category and a summary of your complaint, and whether there is an immediate safety concern
• Whether you ticked the optional marketing box, so we know if you want updates

What we use it for

• Replying to your enquiry or complaint and keeping a record of the exchange
• Directing your message to the right part of the business
• Sending optional updates, only if you asked for them

Where your information is held

Form submissions are delivered over an encrypted HTTPS connection and stored in the form-management area of our website hosting platform, Netlify. Access is limited to authorised Network2Networth staff accounts.

A copy of each submission is also emailed to the relevant Network2Networth mailbox so the right person can reply.

Who else sees it

We do not sell your information and we do not share it for advertising.

Netlify, our website hosting and form provider, processes submissions on our behalf. Our email provider delivers the notification message. We would only disclose information more widely if we were legally required to.

Cookies and tracking

This website sets no cookies, and loads no analytics, advertising or social-media tracking scripts. Your cookie preference is remembered in your own browser’s local storage and is never sent to us.

What you should not send through this website

Our public forms are for an initial conversation only. Please do not use them to send passport or identity documents, DBS certificates, medical information, bank details, or information about another person.

Where documents or checks are needed later, we will explain the appropriate secure route at the time.

Your rights

You can ask us to do any of the following, free of charge:

• Confirm what personal information we hold about you and give you a copy of it
• Correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete
• Delete information where we no longer have a reason to keep it
• Restrict or object to how we use your information
• Provide your information in a portable format where that right applies
• Withdraw any consent you have given, such as marketing consent

Complaints about data protection

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, contact us first at Enquiry@network2networth.co.uk so we can put it right.

You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office, the UK data-protection regulator, at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113. Complaining to us first does not affect your right to complain to the ICO.

Still being confirmed

The following details are not yet finalised. They will be added to this notice once confirmed.

• The published retention schedule saying how long each type of enquiry record is kept
• The confirmed lawful basis recorded against each purpose
• Confirmation of whether any supplier processes information outside the UK, and the safeguards used
• The named person responsible for data-protection queries
