About this notice

This is an interim notice. It sets out what we actually do today and is published so you can see how your information is handled before you contact us. A fuller notice is being prepared; it will add the detail listed under “Still being confirmed” below and will replace this page when it is approved.

What this notice covers

This notice is about the stage after registration, once terms are in place and you are working on an assignment. Nothing at that stage is collected through this public website.

Before any of it applies, you will be given the relevant documents directly and can ask us anything about them.

What is handled at that stage

• Your engagement terms and the details of each assignment
• Information needed to pay you, including payroll, tax and pension data
• Timesheets, hours worked and attendance
• Information the hirer needs in order to receive you on site, limited to what is necessary for the role
• Health, absence or adjustment information where you tell us about it or a role requires it

What we do not do

We do not collect any of the above through the public website, and we do not ask for bank details, medical information or identity documents by email or web form.

Your rights

You can ask us to do any of the following, free of charge:

• Confirm what personal information we hold about you and give you a copy of it
• Correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete
• Delete information where we no longer have a reason to keep it
• Restrict or object to how we use your information
• Provide your information in a portable format where that right applies
• Withdraw any consent you have given, such as marketing consent

Complaints about data protection

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, contact us first at Enquiry@network2networth.co.uk so we can put it right.

You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office, the UK data-protection regulator, at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113. Complaining to us first does not affect your right to complain to the ICO.

The following details are not yet finalised. They will be added to this notice once confirmed.

• The published retention schedule for engagement, payroll and timesheet records
• The confirmed lawful basis recorded against each purpose
• The approved payroll, pension and umbrella arrangements and the suppliers involved
• Confirmation of whether any supplier processes information outside the UK, and the safeguards used
